Have not received the username and password to login

MSDNAA download site is now open. Email with login information has been sent to student mail lists. If you have not received the login information, please read the below procedure to get it-

• If you are a CS major

All students in the CS student mailing lists have been sent the login information for the MSDNAA download site. Same is the case with CS undergrad students. If you are not yet on the mailing list, kindly send an email request to your CS advisor to add you. Please include your name, 10-digit USC student id number and your USC email address in your request.

• If you are not a CS major and you are currently enrolled in at least one unit of CS coursework

  Please send an MSDNAA access request email to cswebmaster@usc.edu with your name, 10-digit USC student id number and your USC email address. Please include the CS course number for which you are currently enrolled. The department will verify your enrollment and send you an email with login information in about 5-10 business days.

Can not connect from a non-USC computer

Only computers on USC network (i.e. computers with IP addresses in the range 128.125.xx.xx) are allowed to connect to the download site. If you are not on USC network, please try to use the USC VPN client from: http://www.usc.edu/isd/doc/dialup/vpn/

Ideally, after that you should be able to access the download site. Unfortunately, currently there is no other way to access the site from non-USC computers.

Error connecting - Maximum connection reached

The number of connections to the download site has been set to a limit. If you can not connect and do get an error message indicating so, then please try to connect again after some time.
