Am I eligible? How can I get access to downloads?
MSDNAA downloads are available to students who are enrolled for one or more units in Computer Science Department. Every semester students enrolled for CS courses are automatically added to the access list for MSDNAA downloads in about 5-7 business days after the last add/drop date. An automatic email (from e-academy.com) is sent to students once they are added.

What is my login information?
Please use your USC email address as login on the MSDNAA site.
If you do not know or remember your password, please use the 'login help' on the 'e-academy' download site.

I still can't login and don't seem to have received any email notification. How do I request access?
If it has been more than 2 weeks after the last add/drop date of the current semester, you can request access to MSDNAA downloads via email. Please send the below information to cswebmaster@usc.edu:

• Name
• 10-digit USC id number
• USC email address
• CS course(s) you are currently enrolled in
