Participants will learn how to communicate clearly and proactively, set mutual expectations, navigate difficult conversations, and address common challenges that arise in mentoring dynamics. The session will also introduce campus resources available through the USC Office of the Ombuds.
This workshop is designed for all graduate students working under a mentor who are looking to strengthen collaboration, enhance their professional development, and foster a positive mentoring experience.
