[UG] Computer Science Internship Opportunity with AdminifAI (AI SaaS)

My name is Neel Mehta, and I’m a co-founder of AdminifAI, an AI-powered front desk for salons and spas.

Our platform uses AI to answer phone calls, respond to Instagram/Facebook DMs, book appointments, fill gaps in the calendar, reduce no-shows, and keep track of basic inventory—so salon owners can focus on in-person client service instead of admin work. (adminif.ai)

We’re currently looking for undergraduate Computer Science students from University of Southern California for a remote, ~10-hours-per-week internship.

Internship Details

• Time commitment: ~10 hours per week (flexible around classes)

• Compensation: Unpaid, but we are very willing to support academic credit and complete any required paperwork or evaluations

• Mode: Remote, with regular video/Slack check-ins

• Reporting line: Interns work directly with the founders

Example Responsibilities (Computer Science)

• Contribute to our web application and backend (improving performance, reliability, and UX)

• Help design and implement integrations with third-party systems (booking software, telephony, social platforms, etc.)

• Assist in building and refining AI/LLM-powered workflows (prompting, routing, and automation logic)

• Write tests, monitor basic metrics, and help debug and triage issues from real users

• Collaborate on small, well-scoped features from design through deployment

Professional Development

• Work closely with the founding team on a real-world AI SaaS product in production

• Gain experience in full-stack development, APIs/integrations, and applied AI for small businesses

• Receive mentorship, detailed project feedback, and reference letters, plus concrete projects they can showcase on GitHub and LinkedIn
