DSO 455 (4.0 units), teaches students how to lead and manage projects successfully including strategy, plans, scope, cost, schedule, analytics, forecasting, progress metrics, and management tools through hands-on projects.
Students who take these courses can also expect to hear from guest speakers from Google and elsewhere and both classes will include field trips to a Data Center and the California Yacht Club.
