The following announcement is from Sarah, a member of the Community team at Miro (a non-USC organization). Please contact them directly if you have any questions.
Hi!
I’m Sarah, and I’m a member of the Community team at Miro.
We’d love to invite the CS students @ USC to join us for a hands-on, in-person hackathon hosted by Miro and Kiro in DTLA.
This hackathon is designed for builders who want to move from idea to execution quickly whether that’s exploring something new, unblocking a stalled project, or improving something they’re already working on.
What they’ll do (in just a few hours):
- Map and align in Miro: problem statement, goals, scope, user journey, and architecture
- Build and iterate in Kiro: scaffold, generate, refine, and integrate quickly
- Ship something real: a working prototype, process improvement, or proof of concept
We’ll provide (free!) Miro access and show how these tools work together to go from concept to execution in a single afternoon.
Happy to answer any questions + hope to see you there!
Sarah
