We’re looking for motivated MS/UG students to join our AI for Drug Discovery research projects:

1. Website Development
1. Website Development
We’re wrapping up an AI for Drug Discovery project and looking for student to help build a website that will serve as a knowledge base and tool for the research community.
Requirement:
-
Familiar with FastAPI and React.js.
-
Familiar with microservice architecture and interprocess communication.
-
Ability to optimize communication overhead for large data transfers
-
Experience with deep learning and PyTorch is a plus.

No biology background required (you’ll collaborate with a PhD student on the team).
You’ll gain:

Hands-on experience in building a research knowledge base (with acknowledgement).

Authorship in our paper submission (planned for December 2025).

2. Research Project: AI for Cancer Vaccine Design
We’re collaborating with the Department of Immunology on using AI for cancer vaccine design. The research focuses on developing deep learning models for immunogenicity prediction and integrating structure prediction tools (e.g. AlphaFold) to guide peptide and protein design.
Requirement:
-
Experience in training language models, transformers, or large generative models.

No biology background required (you’ll collaborate with a PhD student on the team).
You’ll gain:

Hands-on research experience in AI for drug and vaccine discovery
