Student Worker Positions – Computer Vision (Object/Person Detection & 3D Vision)

We are recruiting highly motivated Master students to join our research group on projects related to computer vision, 3D vision, and generative modeling.

Time Commitment

• Minimum requirement: 15 hours per week
• Strong preference: 20+ hours per week
• Applicants who cannot meet this time commitment should not apply, as lower involvement is not productive for either side.

Required Technical Background

Applicants should have:

• A solid foundation in computer vision and deep learning
• Experience with:
  • Large-scale dataset processing and cleaning
  • Human detection and segmentation
  • Feature extraction and representation learning
  • Feature matching and metric learning
• Familiarity with standard neural network backbones such as ResNet, Vision Transformers (ViT), CLIP, etc.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch model training and experimentation
• Ability to read, understand, and implement research papers
• Basic familiarity with 3D vision concepts (e.g., multi-view geometry, 3D representations) is a strong plus
