The following announcement is from USC Phi Kappa Phi (PKP). Please contact them directly if you have any questions.

As many of you know, Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest all-discipline honor society that includes leaders of industry, government, science, and the arts. The USC PKP chapter provides opportunities for students and faculty members to be recognized for their accomplishments with annual awards, scholarships, and fellowships. Benefits of membership include prestigious academic recognition and lifelong professional networking.

STUDENT RECOGNITION AWARDS

In addition, USC PKP offers The Phi Kappa Phi Student Recognition Awards Program offering up to four awards of $1,000 each. Awards enrich students’ self-esteem by supporting their progress, achievement, and research/artistic creation objectives

All USC students are encouraged to apply for this award, which recognizes outstanding artistic and academic works by undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at USC. They do not have to be PKP members to apply.

Please apply by following this link to the sign up form. Follow this link to see last year’s winners.

The presentation of student recognition awards takes place at the annual Academic Honors Convocation held in April.

Sincerely,

Velina Hasu Houston, Ph.D

President, USC Phi Kappa Phi
