Masters and PhD students are not eligible to be course producers at this time.

Payroll Information for New Student Hires

Once you accept a position as a Grader or Course Producer the appropriate department payroll coordinator will be in contact with you to provide onboarding/payroll instructions within 5-7 business days after your acceptance. In order to streamline the hiring process, please gather the appropriate original documents below as you will need to provide them to complete the onboarding process.

International Students:

You will receive an email from Glacier within 5-7 business days after your acceptance - please complete and print forms.
NOTE: The "Immigration status expiration" and "estimated date of departure" fields both need to be the same as your I-20 or DS-2019 expiration date.
