Hack The Coast 2026 — Open to All Majors
Hack The Coast is a multi-disciplinary hackathon and case study experience created to give students the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and gain real-world experience in tech and problem-solving. Teams will work on real-world problem statements provided by corporate partners, developing products and solutions that may include—but are not limited to—code-based work.
Winning teams are eligible for prizes, including internship opportunities.
We anticipate the event taking place February 20–21, 2026 at UC Irvine, pending availability with the UCI Student Center. Students from UCI, UCLA, USC, UC Riverside, and all colleges across Southern California are welcome. Please feel free to invite any friends from Socal to participate along with you!

Hack the Coast is hosted by Anteater2Anteater (A2A) Mentorship, a UC Irvine–based organization dedicated to helping students grow academically, professionally, and personally through mentorship and hands-on learning.
