Biography
Jaime Levy is an author and user experience (UX) strategy consultant based in Los Angeles, California. She teaches two graduate level courses on interaction design and product strategy in the Viterbi School’s Data Science program. Her best selling book "UX Strategy: How to Devise Innovative Digital Products that People Want" was published by O'Reilly Media and is used as one of her course textbooks. Jaime heads a consultancy called JaimeLevy.com that caters to startups and enterprises, helping them transform their business concepts into innovative and scalable online solutions.
