VGSA is excited to invite you to the Viterbi Ball 2024! This year’s event will be an extraordinary evening, featuring the theme “A Walk with Giants.” Get ready for a night of elegance, excitement, and entertainment at one of Los Angeles’ most iconic venues.

📅 Date: Friday, September 27th, 2024
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📍 Location: Natural History Museum of Los Angeles
👔 Dress Code: Black Tie (Formal)

In addition to music, dancing, and fantastic food and drinks, we’ll have casino tables, arcade games, and more to ensure a fun and unforgettable night. Picture yourself playing games among the dinosaurs and ancient exhibits—this is an experience you won’t want to miss!

Ticket Information:

• Opens: Sep 18, 2024 (at 8 PM) to Sep 19, 2024 (at 8 PM)
• Duration: Registration will be open for 24 hours only
• Tickets: $30 (First come, first serve)
• Payment Deadline: You will have 12 hours after registration closes on EngageSC to complete your payment. If you fail to make the payment within 12 hours, your spot will be given to the next person in the waiting list.
• Payment methods: You can either use venmo (@ahmad-hassan-997) or Zelle (303-264-9972) to pay the entrance fee. Make sure to include your name and USC ID (“Full name – USC ID”) while making the payment.

Make sure to mark your calendars and be ready when registration opens. Tickets are limited, so act fast to secure your spot!
