The following announcement is from [GWWG]. Please contact them directly if you have any questions.

Hello!

Current PhD students who identify as women are invited to join the Graduate Women’s Writing Group (GWWG). The group meets each Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST via Zoom for dedicated co-working time. In Fall 2024, the GWWG will meet until December 3, 2024. In the Spring semester, GWWG meets from January 14 to April 29, 2025.

The meetings are very informal. We typically chat for a few minutes and then work quietly for 50 minutes with the camera and microphone off. We come back together for a 10-minute break around 11 a.m. and write again for another 50 minutes. Students are free to come and go as they please and to work on whatever is most pressing. Students can sign in for the full two hours or just a few minutes.

If this looks interesting to you, please let us know by completing this brief Google Form. You will be added to the GWWG Slack Channel and will receive weekly reminders via Slack.

We look forward to welcoming you to the group.

Warmest regards, Meredith
