AdminifAI is building an AI-powered front desk system for appointment-based businesses like salons, barbershops, and spas. Our platform uses conversational AI and smart scheduling to reduce no-shows, fill last-minute gaps, and automate client communication — through calls, texts, and DMs — without requiring businesses to change their current workflows.

We’re currently looking for driven and talented students to join us as software engineering interns. This internship is a non-paid opportunity, ideal for students seeking hands-on startup experience, real-world impact, and resume-building work in AI, full-stack development, and systems integration.

Interns will work directly with our engineering team on projects such as:

• Conversational AI: Enhancing real-time voice and text-based interactions

• Full-Stack Web Development: Improving customer-facing booking flows and admin tools

• API & Platform Integration: Connecting with tools like Instagram, Google, and SMS

• Scheduling Algorithms: Filling last-minute gaps and optimizing appointment flows

• Security & Data Management: Ensuring protection of sensitive customer data

Students will gain exposure to fast-paced product development, startup collaboration, and the opportunity to shape a product used by real businesses.
