“Having Difficult Conversations With Your Advisor” is being held on Tuesday, February 25th, at 12pm in RTH 115.

Whether you have to inform your PI that you are struggling to make progress, you need a vacation, or you need more support from them, having serious conversations with your advisor seldomly comes easily. That’s why ScholarSoul (one of Viterbi’s newest student organizations) is hosting a discussion to flesh out the “what, when, where, why, and how” of having a difficult yet PRODUCTIVE conversation with your advisor. All graduate students who work with a PI/advisor and/or students preparing to work with one can benefit from the discussion. Everyone’s circumstances are unique, so come with your questions!
